    I started going in early 2010 and it has since changed my entire outlook on working out and being fit. I was already a workout fanatic before I started doing X-Train and considered myself fit, but after attending the first introductory X-Train class, I was sore EVERYWHERE for a week. But something made me go back, whether it was the attentiveness of the coaches, the encouraging but competitive classmates, the different types of conditional and strength exercises, the laid back but at the same time intense atmosphere, or all of the above. I was hooked. Of course, improving my overall appearance and strength sure doesn't hurt.
